Invoices, Taxes, Payments
The invoice will be issued manually once payment has been verified. The marked price is the final price of the product for the user. If the product is purchased from the European Union, the price will include VAT (21%). We currently accept payments through our collaborating payment management system Paypal, which accepts credit or debit cards and operates in many countries around the world. If you do not have or do not want to use this payment system, you can ask us directly by contacting us; we have other mechanisms to sell the products. Callejaperdida does not offer any subscription products, so you will not be asked for any recurring payments.
Returns & Exchanges
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: Please contact us within 14 calendar days after receipt of the order. Callejaperdida is not responsible for the cost of shipping exchanges or returns. The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and with its seal/packaging if any.
About physical products
Generalities
Our physical products are printed on demand. Please note that Pedro Alonso Pablos will not touch or handle the product during the manufacturing or shipping process.
Sizing
We use various suppliers who provide standard sizes. Sizes may vary slightly. If in doubt, we recommend choosing the larger size to ensure a secure purchase. Size S is suitable for some children.
Shipping of physical products
CARRIER: The physical products for sale in this store are sent by certified mail. Callejaperdida will send an order tracking link on the carrier’s page.
PRICE: The shipping cost will be calculated automatically during the purchase process, and can range between €12 and €20, depending on several factors.
PREPARATION AND TRANSIT TIMES: Callejaperdida will use a maximum of 7 business days to prepare and ship the product. Delivery times are variable and range between up to 7 days or a month, depending on several factors.
CUSTOMS: It is possible that in the transportation process, and when the product enters the final destination country, extra customs costs may arise that will have to be paid by the customer to receive the product.
Privacy
When purchasing a digital product on this website, Callejaperdida will collect the following data: name, physical destination address, physical billing address, telephone number and email address. This information will be managed by Callejaperdida for tasks related to the purchase and shipping of the product. Callejaperdida may share this data with third-party companies whose headquarters are located in Europe or the United States in order to provide the service. Callejaperdida does not collect banking information or credit card numbers. The user, by using this site, accepts the additional legal and privacy clauses set out on this page.
